  Step 6. Blending Options  
  So here it is, the last but not least step. We now have two layers, one original and one blurry black and white. What we have to do is to put them together the right way. There are a lot of layer blending options in Adobe Photoshop. In this case the best one to use is Linear Dodge. Right click on the Duplicated Layer and select Blending Options. Choose Linear Dodge for Blend Mode.
