5. The Outline |

Now I am going to make an outline border of the pic that may be seen on some stamps. I just feel it adds to the "stampy feel":)

It is possible to make this outline with the pen tool as we did the stamp's borded before, but using the brush with no spacing. But I will use a slightly different way:
Make a selection a few pixel away from the pic, like it is shown below: |

Now select "Edit", "Stroke" and pick a few pixels, lets say 2 or 3. Also select the color you want to use, I recommend color simmilar to the pic's color scheme. |

As you may notice I also reduced the contrast a little and hightened the brightness so it became more washed out ("Image" - "Adjustments" - "Brightness/Contrast") and also I played with the colors ("Image" - "Adjustments" - "Channel Mixer"). This is something you may skip if you wish.
